Building outstanding contemporary homes is Mark LeMaistre’s passion. In 1996 at age 22, Mark took the reigns and now personally co-ordinates every construction project. Mark’s passion for design and creativity is only equaled by his assurance that LeMaistre Builders continue to deliver homes and townhouses of the utmost quality. Premium construction values are complemented by “LeMaistre’s team of employees” that have been individually hand picked from the region to complement Mark’s passion for Customer Service, Creativity and Quality. LeMaistre residences enhance the streetscape and make an architectural statement in their own right. 

LeMaistre Builders work in conjunction with every client to design a functional, affordable and aesthetically pleasing home or townhouse development. Clients can choose from an extensive range of existing plans or create a custom build from scratch. The LeMaistre drafting and design team is adept at finding creative 3D solutions that deliver on form, function and energy efficiency. The Internal Designer works collaboratively with LeMaistre Builders to achieve a product tailored to suit a given site and customers’ budget.

With a strong local presence, LeMaistre Builders strive to source the best quality, local construction materials, fixtures and fittings.  Each brochure details different levels of finishes available to LeMaistre clients. The “three-tiered” quotation system then provides each client with flexibility in design and budget.

From concept to completion, Mark works with every client in direct communication to deliver a project that meets individual budget, and meets LeMaistre’s passion for creating homes or townhouse developments that has seen their reputation grow to the elite of design and quality.
